Form ADV Parts 2A & 2B are disclosure documents specific to our firm. The ADV is designed to promote effective communication between us and our clients. They are written in plain English, and are concise and direct. They describe our firm (name, employees, form of the organization, key officers, management style, fees, nature of the business, etc.). Form ADV is amended annually and submitted to the Investment Adviser Registration Depository (

The Morgan Group's Privacy Statement describes the information we collect, what we do with it, with whom it's shared, and security protocols to ensure its security and safety.
